SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We currently ship orders through a third party carrier to The United States and Canada. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. During the holidays or times where order volume is unusually high, shipping may take longer. 

Customers outside of The United States are responsible for paying import fees.

RETURNS

There are no returns accepted unless you receive the incorrect item. If you receive the incorrect item, please send an email to info@wrightkitchen.com within 5 days of delivery so we can provide further instructions.

If you receive a damaged item, please send an image of both (1) the damaged product and (2) the packaging it was shipped in within 5 days of delivery to info@wrightkitchen.com. The information will be reviewed and a claim will be submitted to the shipping carrier. If approved, we will ship a replacement item to you at no charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is stolen or delivered to the incorrect address, Wright Kitchen is not responsible for the reimbursement. If you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having it shipped to a safe location or local post office for pick up.
