RETURN POLICY

There are no returns unless damage occurs during shipping.

If damage occurs, please send an image of the product and packaging it was shipped in within one week after delivery to bw@wrightkitchen.com. 

Return postage is to be paid for by customer.

LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

When a package has been delivered to the correct address, Wright Kitchen is not responsible for the reimbursement.

If you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having it shipped to a safe location, or a post office for pick up.

Tips for locating a missing package:

-If you live in an apartment complex, contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in the mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

-Check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if anyone may have put your package aside.

-Ask your mail person where they left the package.

-Check your house and yard for the package, or a missed delivery notice.
